Nomzamo Mabatha thanks the 18th South African Film and Television Awards for her Best Actress in a TV Drama triumph.
The celebrity posted beautiful pictures of her appearance at the award ceremony, which took place over the weekend, on Instagram.
Nom was nominated in that category for the first time, and she won when she got home.
“I feel deeply honored by the recognition from the judges and fellow creatives… mostly for the opportunity to have portrayed Princess Nandi who went on to become Queen Mother,” she wrote.
The actress in the Shaka iLembe TV drama won, and the drama won other awards.
